As we embark on 2025, the IEEE Power Electronics Society (PELS) Students and Young Professionals (S&YP) Committee looks poised to venture on another impactful year of fostering collaboration and professional development among students and young professionals across the globe. With multiple events slated for this year, new leadership initiatives and impactful engagements, the S&YP community continues to grow, connect, and empower young professionals and students in the field of power electronics. In this article, we recap our key activities and accomplishments in 2024, introduce the new S&YP Committee and outline our vision for 2025.<\/p>\n
