Over the last three years, IEEE Power Electronics Society (PELS) Women in Engineering (WIE) has had a 500% increase in the number of events at PELS conferences, chapters, and virtual mediums. WIE has been able to reach thousands of engineers by prioritizing inclusive spaces focused on learning and development that live on, not only through live events but also through podcasts, virtual events, and articles that support global interaction with our mission. To continue to support this growth and reach, the PELS WIE Committees want to encourage others to host their own PELS WIE-sponsored event. The intent of this article is to make the process simple and encourage more IEEE members to host PELS WIE events in the future.<\/p>\n
